Planning a Company Event

Step 1 - Form a Committee

All hands on deck!  Most schools work through planning an event with the assistance of a committee.  Often times, we are hired on to hold a seat on that planning committee to guide the volunteers through the process and details required for the perfect event.

Step 2 - Plan

 Before putting details together -

 3 W's have to happen.

Where are you hosting it?

In house or off premise.

When are you going to host it?

Working around sporting events, in service days and other days off will be critical to your success in the event

Who will help?

It will take more than the committee members to manage the entire event.  Our Fun Squad has managed small to large events and has the skill set to handle the kids and most importantly, keep them safe.  Hiring our team will reduce your liability!

Step 3- Idea Share

Whether you are taking over a tradition or starting a whole new event, it's not easy to manage all the ideas flowing through the team.  We will provide a framework of how to narrow down the ideas and move them to actionable tasks.

Post Event is critical to passing the baton to the next committee.  What worked and what improvements can be made for next time!  Keeping your vendors that did an amazing job and passing that data onto the next members is extremely helpful in working with people who did an amazing job for you.  We appreciate it!
